I asked for a fade with a hard part and the lady faded half of my head and cut the other side the same length and didn?t even fade it. By far the worst haircut I?ve ever seen. I could?ve done a better job myself

MVP always. Really enjoy getting my haircut here. The staff is always friendly, helpful and attentive. I really like the fact you can favorite your stylist and find them quickly with the on line check in. Angie does a great job and so does Danielle.

Great place! Abigayle is awesome with my son, he?s 6 and loves to chat. She always indulges him and he enjoys it. She also gives a great cut! All of the ladies here are nice. I would def recommend this place. Online check in is a plus too.

My hairstylist was great and I loved her haircut and how she took care of me (though I would probably forgo the head massage, that part was painful for me). However, the worst part of my visits was the fact I was stolen from while I had her do my haircut. See, the reason I even stopped by there, is because I had an email I had received 5 days prior saying that if I stopped in, i would get 10 dollars off of the MVP. I asked upon coming into the store, if that coupon would be honored here and I was assured yes it was as long as I had the coupon code. When it came time to finish up and pay for the haircut (I was also about to purchase a large shampoo as well) I was told that no, that coupon couldnt be honored because since I was a new customer at their store, I only received the 5 dollar discount for the MVP, and there was nothing they could do about it. I was livid, and felt lied to and taken advantage of. If I was gonna have to pay for a 20 dollar haircut that day, I would have just went to a barber and got my beard trimmed as well somewhere. I left my info at their store for a manager to call me, and STILL have not heard back. It has been over a week. Don't go here!!!

Visited with my 1 and 3 year old boys because they needed a hair cut. Our wait time was short and got both boys in quickly. The ladies were fantastic with each one and did an awesome job.

You get what you what you pay for (if you want a quality haircut it only costs about $10 more at a real barber and the quality really does improve exponentially). I came in and asked for a very basic trim of my fade but the lady ended up cutting off way more than I asked. She even removed my cow lick which I assume someone with the most basic of training is taught not to do. The check-in system and waiting room are more reminiscent of a busy BMV than a barber shop. These chains hire people straight from beauty school with no experience so I can?t say I?m surprised by the corporate attitude towards everything and lack of experience. Paying $20 is still too much for this experiance regardless. This will be the last time I go to a Sportsclips. Bottom line: it?s not worth it for the price, go to a real barber shop if you care about your hair or your kid?s hair.
